From the M25

From Junction 6 of the M25 go south half a mile on dual carriageway to roundabout. Take first left onto the A25 signed Oxted and Westerham. Go approximately three miles and over two sets of traffic lights. Keeping in the left line as you go over the second set, then get in to your right lane as you go up a short steep hill and at the top (300 yards after the lights) turn right to Edenbridge (B269). Go 4 miles to Edenbridge and continue straight on on the ring road until you reach a small roundabout just as you pass over the river Eden. At this point bear right and the road has now become the B2026.

Now go exactly 4 more miles south to the Kent /East Sussex border which is at the bottom of a long hill about half a mile beyond the turning to Cowden (which you will have hopefully ignored).

Approx. 200 yards (one horse field) beyond the EAST SUSSEX sign, turn left up the tarmac lane which runs up the far side of the house behind the evergreen hedge - Although called Little Saxbys the house is nothing to do with me.

Then up the lane 300 yards and take the very first entrance into the right (just as you go over a speed bump) up a steep gravel drive. Please then continue past my house and park in the area outside the barn at the top.

From East Grinstead

Take the A264 to Tunbridge Wells and after approximately five miles turn left at the coldstock crossroads by a caravan centre and onto the B2026 to Edenbridge. Go about half a mile and just before you get to the bottom of the hill, turn right just before the house behind the evergreen hedge. Then up the lane 300 yards and take the very first entrance into the right (just as you go over a speed bump) up a steep gravel drive. Please then continue past my house and park in the area outside the barn at the top.
