Blisteringly hot and sunny today without the wind that we had yesterday.
Catches this morning correspondingly thin on the ground with only one fish reported from John R’s party lower down and nothing other than a couple of tales of woe from my team.
Yesterday afternoon and evening session ended up with 2 more Grilse for Henry P, one fish for John R’s party on beats 5 & 4 and another lovely big fish of 18lbs for Eric W.
