Water 11″ on Caputh gauge and clear but cold, near perfect conditions. Cold wind in the morning and cold rain in the afternoon. At this height we should be seeing fish come through but we are not, so nothing to report. Its no use playing a good tune to an empty house, we need a run of fish.
