Water 1ft 2ins on Caputh gauge. Cold and overcast.
A small run of fish came through us at about 4.30 whilst Cecil was again in the Boat pool. He had a close encounter for a brief moment but it didn’t stick. He saw several fish move and a few minutes later David S saw them come through the Spruces.
Up on Dalmarnock with me, Nick L also had a brief encounter but that didn’t stay on either.
So a tale of woes today.
