To celebrate his 60th birthday Ron Ransley arranged a days fishing for his family at the farm. To quote him he said “I’ll organise the weather if you sort the fishing.”
Well as ever with Ron, the sun shone when we wanted it to, and then it clouded over to give the best fishing conditions possible. I didn’t have to do a lot! For the record, 31 fish for 8 rods (we ate one on the bar-b-q for those that are counting) and as you can see Ron got trophies for just about everyone.
