At last water down to a near sensible height (2ft 1ins) and as predicted a lot more activity. Several pulls reported by different rods and a fish lost for John E on the Green Bank. But at least we did managed to land a brace of nice fresh 10 pounders for the book. One for John M from the boat on the upper water opposite the Holly Bush on bait and one on the fly for yours truly out of the neck of the Garth wading over from the left bank.
Now lets hope the promised rain for tonight doesn’t spoil it again for our final day tomorrow!
