17th March 2021. Our season opens at the farm.
Good fishing conditions except that a chilly easterly breeze produced a slightly slow start for the always early Chris J – Note that we are avoiding the usual group opening day due to Covid restrictions.
But by mid morning it had warmed and several fish were seen feeding on the surface, so it was not long before his rod bent over and we were off to a good start!
Hopefully with the restrictions gradually being lifted and the vaccine roll out continuing a pace we will have a great come-back year.
