Murthly on Tay April 2nd

Water height 1ft on the Caputh gauge and clear. A good height. But a biting cold east wind made conditions very tough and the fishing effort suffered accordingly. As I write it has started snowing!  We did see a couple of fish and Colin the Stenton ghillie had a 12 pounder today, but nothing for our team that I know about.
